With the use of our exclusive MWP® technology, we have managed to obtain:
> Exclusive raw materials that can promote deep, continuous hydration, such as AQUAFIX, which regulates the activity of transmembrane proteins responsible for letting water pass into the cells and prevents transepidermal water loss (TEWL); PCActive, which has the ability to bind water molecules and maintains the skin intact, elastic and flexible; PANTREAPHYT, which acts by stimulating the production of collagen and forms a natural film around the hair, protecting it against humidity and pollutants.
> Delicate and “intelligent” cleansing molecules such as: KERIN L7, which ensures that the acid pH is kept constant throughout the treatment and that the skin barrier is repaired and cleansed in a balanced manner: CLEAMQUAT MA, whose emollient properties increase skin hydration and elasticity and anti-static action conditions and softens the hair, making it easier to detangle even when wet.
> Molecules that prevent, fight and stop hair loss in men and women, such as NEW PROGRAXIM, SENERGY COMPLEX, BIOZIN 3 and MICROBOT, which stimulate blood micro circulation, increase tissue oxygenation and promote nutrient exchange in the scalp and in hair bulbs; CHICOTHERONE, a complex that fills out and restructures hair for 30 days thanks to a revolutionary method of carrying keratin proteins into the hair; PROLIX RB, a natural and certified emulsifying system (PEG free, palm oil free, environmentally compatible and skin compatible) that can form refreshing, soft, velvety and moisturising emulsions thanks to the eudermic properties of rice.

Water Footprint is an indicator of sweet water consumption.
To wash the hair, at home or at the salon, up to 15 litres of water per minute can be necessary. Multiplied by the number of business days, the overall yearly consumption is huge. This is why Monacelli Italy has created a unique product like its Cleansing Cream, which, applied to dry hair and emulsified with a small amount of water, cleans deeply without further steps, leaving hair silky and soft without adding conditioners.

MWP System and patent
Our exclusive patented technology, MWP® (Micro Wave Progressus), has allowed us to create and synthesise innovative raw materials and exclusive active principles made with ingredients from renewable sources, through environmentally sustainable production processes.
In 2010 the Italian Ministry of Economic Development granted us the worldwide patent of industrial invention for having created the first microwave reactor for molecular synthesis on an industrial scale.
Safe performance
Effective, tested and guaranteed products
Our technology (MWP) includes the use of safe chemicals, allowing us to create exclusive raw materials obtained through processes that do not generate substances harmful to the environment or to human health. Our molecules are also developed without the use of solvents or catalysers and do not contain palm oil, mineral oil, or polyethylene.
In 2009 we decided to eliminate from our raw materials parabens as preservatives and SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) as primary surfactant detergents. In 2014 we launched new products that do not contain perfumes with allergens, paraffins or mineral oils, and since 2016 we have been renewing all our lines, eliminating silicones and PEGs. Finally, no product by Monacelli Italy is tested on animals, in compliance with the law.
Environmentally friendly packaging
I’m green bottles and FSC paper
For our products, we have chosen a new “I’m green” packaging made of 100% recyclable sugar cane, and packages that use certified paper according to FSC standards to reduce environmental impact to a minimum.
